The cloud, implemented properly the first time
Microsoft 365 and Azure set up secure by default, licensed for what you actually use, and backed up so a bad day stays a bad hour.
Cloud services built around how you work
Whether you are moving off an aging server or fixing a cloud setup someone rushed, we start from your business requirements, not a vendor checklist.
Microsoft 365
Tenant setup and administration, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams structured around your actual workflows, with security baselines applied from day one.
Azure Cloud
Virtual servers, hosted applications and hybrid identity, sized correctly, monitored continuously, and reviewed for waste every quarter.
Cloud Migrations
Email, files and servers moved with a tested plan, a rollback path, and cutovers scheduled for evenings and weekends so nobody loses a workday.
Cloud Backup
Microsoft does not back up your Microsoft 365 data the way most businesses assume. We add real, restorable backup for mail, files and Teams.
Virtual Desktops
Secure remote work without shipping laptops or exposing RDP to the internet. Staff get a consistent desktop from anywhere, on any device.
Licensing Optimization
Most businesses pay for licenses nobody uses and miss features they already own. We audit entitlements against reality and cut the difference.
How a migration actually runs
The reason migrations go badly is almost never the technology. It is skipping the first two steps.
Assess
We inventory mailboxes, file shares, applications and integrations, then flag anything that will not move cleanly, before a date is promised.
Design
Target architecture, security baseline, licensing plan and a written cutover schedule with defined rollback criteria.
Migrate
Data pre-synced in the background, then a short final cutover outside business hours. Most staff arrive to a working desktop.
Optimize
Post-migration support, staff orientation, and a 30-day review to tune permissions, licensing and anything that needs adjusting.
What a properly built cloud gets you
-
No more aging server in a closet
Retire the single point of failure that nobody has patched since it was installed. -
Work from anywhere, securely
Remote access designed with identity controls instead of risky workarounds. -
Costs you can forecast
Predictable per-user subscriptions instead of surprise hardware refresh cycles. -
Recovery measured in hours
When something fails, restoring from cloud backup beats rebuilding hardware.
Cloud FAQs
How long does a Microsoft 365 migration take?
For a typical small business, assessment and design take about a week, data pre-sync runs in the background for several days, and the final cutover happens over a single evening or weekend. Larger environments with legacy applications take longer. We will tell you honestly during assessment rather than after you have signed.
Will we lose email or files during the move?
No. Data is copied, not moved. The source stays intact until you have confirmed everything landed correctly. We keep the original environment available as a rollback until you sign off.
Does Microsoft not already back up our data?
Microsoft guarantees the availability of its service, not the recoverability of your data. Retention windows are limited, and deletions or ransomware encryption that fall outside them are gone. Third-party cloud backup closes that gap, and it is one of the first things we add.
Can we keep some systems on premises?
Absolutely. Hybrid is often the right answer, particularly for line-of-business applications, manufacturing systems or anything with heavy local data requirements. We do not push all-cloud where it does not fit.
Will moving to the cloud actually save us money?
Sometimes, and sometimes not. It depends on your workloads. What it reliably changes is the shape of the cost: predictable monthly subscriptions instead of large, unpredictable capital purchases. We will model both before recommending a direction.
